There is a $100 deposit to ensure that day is reserved for you. If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, please call us as soon as possible. If you cancel by phone more than 48 hours in advance, you will get a full refund of your deposit, if not, your deposit will go toward a future charter within the next 12 calendar months (depending on availability). In the event of a no show, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged the full amount of the charter as well.

Weather can be unpredictable here in Charleston, so we watch the radar closely. Safety is our main goal and lightning can be dangerous. If a trip has to be cancelled due to weather, we will refund your deposit and try to reschedule on a different date.
